Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Launch Services team and support our NuORDER product. Reporting to the Implementation Services Manager, you will play a critical role in scoping and delivering implementation engagements while acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey.

Location: Remote (London preferred)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand B2B ecommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising principles, and articulate how NuORDER facilitates best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, and account management to understand and document customer goals, developing and proposing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery, including scoping requirements, developing project plans, managing team tasks, and success criteria.
  • Apply project management best practices across projects of varying complexity.
  • Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams while managing client expectations throughout engagements.
  • Oversee and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

What you need to bring:

The position is remote and will prioritize candidates in London

  • 3–5 years of experience delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles, preferably within professional services or consulting teams in a software company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting complex, data-driven business applications in a B2B environment, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to customer requirements
  • Comfortable discussing technical integrations within database and ERP landscapes
  • Experience in reading, relaying, and troubleshooting both FlatFile and API (JSON) integrations. 
  • Solid understanding of consulting processes, solution development, and project management
  • Experience leading teams and engagements using agile techniques and frameworks, with the ability to pivot when requirements change
  • Able to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools
