Ready to bridge the gap between visionary pre-sales solutions and rock-solid project plans? As our Implementation Consultant, you'll be translating client dreams into detailed roadmaps, all while leading the charge on enterprise-level SaaS implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Projects: Lead your own project stream, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction within our project delivery team.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to unearth and finely-tune client needs, aligning them perfectly with their ambitions.
  • Martech: Share your wisdom on Martech best practices, illuminating the path to maximise platform adoption and success.
  • Solution Crafting: Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows.
  • Data Maestro: Advise on migration strategies that ensure harmonious coexistence with existing systems.
  • Partnership: Forge strong alliances with third-party agencies for collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations that charm senior stakeholders.
  • Best Practice: Uphold and share best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
  • Timeline & Budget: Work through timelines and budgets, offering ingenious solutions that shine.

Requirements
  • Technical Implementation Expertise: 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience.
  • Martech Infrastructure: Deep understanding of the Martech realm and its many wonders.
  • Custom Solutions: Skilled in crafting and delivering client-tailored solutions.
  • Engagement: Proven success in steering client interactions and implementations with flair.
  • Agile Agility: A seasoned navigator of Agile methodologies, ready for sprints.
  • Problem-Solving: Transform challenges into opportunities for success.
  • Detail: Meticulous attention ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence decisions at every level.
