Do you have a proven track record in document automation and customer-facing consulting? Are you keen to work within Thomson Reuter’s people-focused environment and specialize in the delivery of its market-leading legal software, HighQ with document automation, powered by Contract Express?

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager and working with our European-based Thomson Reuters HighQ Professional Services team, your prime responsibility will be to automate customer templates, deliver remote training sessions in how to automate templates with Contract Express, as well as design and build solutions on the HighQ platform based on a clear understanding of a client's use case and goals, a thorough analysis of the project requirements, and an appreciation of how our software can best serve the client's longer-term objectives. You will also be required to onboard new clients. This is a client facing role where you will be expected to work with a range of client stakeholders, communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner, and project manage solutions delivered to clients. You’ll be working with multiple customers and handling several consultancy engagements at any given time, so you’ll be able to effectively manage multiple client accounts.

As an Document Automation Consultant, you’ll have a proven track record in consulting and project delivery, of SaaS and Enterprise Solutions. You’ll understand the importance of consulting and delivering a high level of customer service. You will be comfortable communicating technical aspects of a project and effectively working with clients to understand their requirements and articulating your proposed solutions based on our software and methods.

You’ll need to demonstrate both your technical and business knowledge and relate this to specific situations.

About the Role:

In this role as an Document Automation Consultant, you will:

  • Work with our customers to automate their templates to a high standard using Contract Express.

  • Schedule and deliver remote training sessions in how to automate templates with Contract Express.

  • Work with our customers to build end-to-end solutions using HighQ Collaborate and Contract Express.

  • Hold regular meetings with customers, clearly outlining milestones, challenges and managing customer expectations (and hopefully exceeding them).

  • Work closely with product, support, customer success and sales teams to help our customers get the best from our software.

  • Adopt a ‘customer first’ mindset.

About You:

To be considered for the role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience automating templates using Contract Express, or similar document automation tools

  • Experience delivering remote training sessions to customers

  • Experience providing a value-add service to Legal Software customers through training, implementation and best practice consulting

  • Desire to learn and work with HighQ Collaborate

  • Experience with Microsoft Word formatting to support typical legal use cases

  • Ability to scope the work involved to automate templates to support our sales team in producing accurately priced Statements of Work

  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how our services and solutions can help them achieve their goals

  • Engage with key teams such as Product Management, Customer Success and Support, as appropriate, to deliver end to end solutions

  • Ability to work independently on certain projects, and in coordination with other implementation consultants on other projects, as needed

  • Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines

  • Consultative and client-focused problem-solving skills

  • Proven customer satisfaction

  • Project management and time management skills

  • Ability to communicate across all client organization levels Interacting and developing relationships with your team colleagues, as well as with stakeholders at multi-levels both internally and externally

  • High initiative and team orientation

  • Technical affinity for software and data analytics

  • Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives

  • Strong business and financial understanding

Desired skills include:

  • Front-end web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

  • 1-2 years of implementation experience with HighQ Collaborate or other legal software

  • Familiarity with corporate legal and legal industry use cases, such as contract intake, contract lifecycle management and matter management
