As an Implementation Consultant within TeamMate, you will:

  • Conducting business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand the customer's requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills, a good listener, ability to effectively manage customer expectations, comfortable engaging with customers both virtually and face to face.

  • Tenacious individual who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and nationalities.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Willing to travel when customers prefer onsite delivery of services.

  • Flexibility in terms of accommodating customer engagements which may change at the last minute.

  • Outstanding presentation skills demonstrating flair and enthusiasm.
