As a Customer Success Manager, you will implement Agicap's Spend Management product, build relationships with customers, conduct training, and identify upselling opportunities.
We are looking for a person to support us as a Customer Success Manager for our latest product, "Agicap Business Spend Management."
In this context, you will be part of the team responsible for building a new growth driver for Agicap. Due to the high strategic relevance of this project, you will also benefit from proximity to management and short decision-making processes
You will contribute specifically to optimal customer retention by optimally introducing our new customers to the Agicap Spend Management product. You will also acquire the expertise you need for this through extensive onboarding covering functionalities, added value, competition, and much more.
What you will do:
- As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for outstanding product implementation with our customers.
- As a consultant and contact person, you will build relationships with users and decision-makers and ensure the successful use of Agicap.
- As a product expert, you will conduct product training with new customers and determine the ideal setup based on our customers' goals.
- As the voice of the customer, you will contribute to the further development of our product by sharing customer feedback with the product team.
- You will contribute to Agicap's growth by actively identifying upselling opportunities with customers and bringing them to closure in collaboration with the sales team.
- You will help to increase card usage among the customers of your portfolio
- You will also ensure the change management across all strategic cost centres of your customer deals
What you need to succeed:
- 1-2 yrs of work experience in professional environments, preferably in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS.
- Native German and fluent English
- Strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.
- An analytical mindset in combination with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- The ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude
- Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality and empathy towards users and customers
- Ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.)
- Strong Plus: Good understanding of Corporate Finance. Previous exposure to Finance/Treasury departments.
