Our global HR team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Immigration Specialist in London to manage and streamline our immigration processes. This role supports our international workforce and partners closely with HR colleagues and external providers to enable global mobility.

Your Future Role at QRT:

  • Lead end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications, renewals and compliance across the UK and international jurisdictions.
  • Advise on immigration strategy and contribute to policy development supporting global mobility and international assignments.
  • Collaborate with mobility colleagues to align immigration with broader workforce planning and talent strategies.
  • Support secondments, transfers, and relocations, including cost projections and policy implementation.
  • Oversee tax, immigration and relocation briefings for candidates and employees.
  • Draft assignment contracts and maintain accurate records in Workday.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, efficient delivery of immigration services.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance the mobility function.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within HR to support continuous improvement and best practice adoption.

Your Present Skillset:

  • Proven experience managing immigration processes across the UK and Dubai would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of international immigration law and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with HR operations tools, including HRIS (e.g. Workday), ticketing systems and automation platforms.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex immigration matters to diverse stakeholders.
