GTI Branch Technology is seeking for an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Administrator Analyst, to strengthen the team that is responsible for the user access management processes.
Branch Technology (BT), as part of the Banks IT department, mainly provides first and second level production services to different clients and business lines across Deutsche Bank. In essence, it oversees all operational aspects of the Bank’s IT assets on both infrastructure and application side.
BT is looking for a Technology Services Analyst who will be joining the IT department and will cover IDAM related tasks and responsibilities with various interfaces to other areas and topics.
The main focus will be on the user administration both on infrastructure and application level, a fundamental role that is anchored in various key IT policies and processes of Deutsche Bank.
Responsibilities:

Assume ownership and responsibility for the local IDAM processes.

Support the business and ensure, that policy-aligned controls are implemented and adhered to, e.g. 4-Eyes-Principles and Segregation of Duties.

Foster a timely processing of user access requests and recertification-based access revocations.

Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders, especially the IT Application Owners and Technical Information Security Officers on identity and access related topics.

Coordinate ITIL related process for your processes, such as Incident, Problem and Change management.
Skills:
-
Proven professional experience in related Identity and Access administration processes (e.g. Active Directory or application-internal user administration).

Initial previous experiences with ServiceNow as a ticket system are perceived positively.

Track record of your ability to work collaboratively within a team, to maintain orderly workflows, prioritise skills, and to have a keen sense of urgency or importance of concurrent tasks.

Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) is preferred and/or 3+ years professional experience in IT related areas. Fluent in English and German (written/verbal).
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
