About the Role
The IBP Transformation Manager role will play a key role in ensuring continuous improvement in both IBP and Demand Planning. The role will ensure that regional transformation is aligned to the overall i-IBP enabling improved process and people maturity in both Demand Planning and IBP.
The IBP Transformation Manager role is a critical role that will sit along side the Demand Planning GPO and IBP GPO to ensure the continuous improvement in both Demand and IBP Maturity while simultaneously assisting in building the capability and continuous learning.
Top Accountabilities:

Accountable for ensuring the IBP process continues to deliver to the Progressive standard through the PMR, DMR, SR and MBR.

Develop and implement the end-to-end Innovation forecasting process together with the demand planning GPO.

Facilitates the monthly transformation agenda and steerco with the regions to track continuous improvement.

Coordinates the delivery of the overall IBP objectives by combining the IBP plan with business activity and key drivers. Influences decision focus and executive alignment.

Has the ability to work within the dynamics of a leadership team.

Supports with the continuous improvement of the category IBP process.

Benchmarking demand planning best practices & Standardization of WOW

Assist in the IBP Health Check Assessments, feedback and glide Parth by region

Coordinates the monthly learning sessions for the Demand Planning and IBP Community
-
Develops the capability agender for Demand Planning and IBP through gap assessments

Assists in the OMP Demand Project

Tracks execution of the Demand and IBP forecasting strategy by region
-
Assist with external benchmarking

Assists in the deployment of new technology and best practices across Demand and Supply Planning

Together with the IBP GPO develops the transformation and standardization of each of the cycle meetings in the IBP Process.
Experience Required
-
Having directly worked with senior business leadership.
-
Has practical experience of Demand Analytics, to analyse demand performance and trends, marketing, and sales activity impact (including pricing), and reach conclusions on what that might meant about current and future demand plans.

Has practical experience of IBP in a similar role and / or business, which can be used to support the current role and challenge

Can manage an appropriate change management process to ensure market adoption of IBP, using Diageo principles, processes, and resources, as well as their own skills, capabilities, and position.

Significant experience working in IBP/S&OP

Extensive experience in Demand Planning

Has developed and successfully implemented strategies and S&OP programs.
