Job Summary

This is a hybrid remote role primarily responsible for managing complex customer project rollouts. The position involves working directly with customers, third-party installers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and execution.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and ISR to schedule project orders.
  • Maintain customer rollout schedules.
  • Allocate stock to project orders and create manual project orders when needed.
  • Schedule deliveries according to project timelines.
  • Track orders and manage failed deliveries or DOA issues.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support order processing.
  • Provide weekly stock control reports, including forecasting and back-order tracking.
  • Generate daily shipment reports with serial numbers.
  • Monitor open orders and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with risk management alongside the Project Manager.

  • Maintain customer focus and report issues or feedback promptly.
  • Comply with information security and data protection policies, including safeguarding information assets and reporting security weaknesses.
  • Commit to ongoing development of information security awareness and knowledge.
