HWRC Site Operative

Salary - £12.21ph plus Veolia benefits 

Hours -  Working across 7 days per week including bank holidays

You will have two regular weekdays off per week

Spring Hours 0845-1715

Summer Hours 0845-1815

Winter Hours 0845-1615

Location -Aldershot Household Waste Recycling Centre, GU12 4TX

What will you be doing?

• Assisting members of the public at the household recycling centre with waste and recycling disposal

• Ensure the health and safety of all members of the public, visitors, staff and contractors at the site.

• Ensure that materials on site are recycled as much as possible.

• Ensure that the facility is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the area

• Operate the IT Tablet based booking system

• Trade waste control

What are we looking for?

• Similar operational manual handling experience

• Right to work in the UK

This role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
