Role Summary
The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support across key Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR systems administration, and general HR operations. The role supports the efficient execution of HR processes while offering practical exposure to talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR reporting, and organizational best practices.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, tracking recruitment progress, conducting reference and credential checks, and preparing recruitment documentation.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating induction activities, maintaining onboarding records, and ensuring timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records by updating HR information systems (HRIS), managing employee files, validating HR data, and following up on outstanding documentation.
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations, including preparing HR letters, reports, presentations, templates, and trackers.
- Coordinate HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications.
- Organize HR documentation, maintain filing systems, and support process improvements to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Assist with HR projects and perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the HR team.
