As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and last-mile delivery workforce across 10 delivery stations in London. You will make a huge impact on our UK business by implementing the best HR practices in the Logistics Industry and achieving business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals in logistics and delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end workforce planning and talent deployment strategies, particularly across seasonal peaks and high-turnover environments.
  • Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for key operational roles, as well as provide excellent internal career development opportunities for our staff
  • Support organisation design according to business needs and a constantly changing market
  • Champion employee experience through engagement strategies and consistent employee relations practices. Resolve high-risk ER cases and maintain compliance with UK labour laws.
  • Use workforce analytics and KPIs (e.g., turnover, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill) to inform decision-making and optimise HR delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery-related companies in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application in fast-paced operational settings.
  • Solid experience managing (high volume) workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational development, and ER.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, from local and international site leaders to executive board level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage. 
  • Experience managing in a large workforce across unionised and non-unionised environments.
