Job description:

We are looking for a talented HR professional to join our London team. This is a fast-paced role and the successful individual will play a key part in delivering first-class HR generalist support across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day running of HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Prepare employment documentation, including contracts and offer letters, for new hires.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance or escalating matters as appropriate in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assist with benefits administration and support the annual benefits renewal process.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Manage the visa application process.
  • Support HR management with the annual performance review process.
  • Work in conjunction with the wider HR team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Required qualities and skills:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an HR focused role, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively execute on competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude with an ability to maintain discretion.
  • High level of work ethic.
