We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to implement and optimize HubSpot across multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Outbound, Customer Success, Legal), a global B2B SaaS company in the RegTech space.
You must have prior experience implementing HubSpot for a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on knowledge of CRM setup, automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Responsibilities
• Full CRM setup: Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, properties.
• Configure Marketing Hub: Lead scoring, forms, emails, campaigns, tracking.
• Set up Sales Hub: Pipelines, sequences, tasks, forecasting, automation.
• Build workflows for outbound team, follow-ups, and lead rotation.
• Set up Customer Success pipelines and ticketing workflows.
• Integrate legal workflows: contract tracking, reminders, tools like DocuSign.
• Cross-team automation and handoffs (Marketing → Sales → Legal → CS).
• Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
• Train internal teams and document workflows.
Requirements
• Proven experience with HubSpot implementation for a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of CRM, sales funnels, and marketing automation.
• Experience with cross-functional workflows (sales, marketing, CS, legal).
