Job Description

Europcar is looking for a Hub Manager at Maidstone.

At Europcar, we're looking for an ambitious Hub Manager to lead one of our busy operational hubs, driving performance across fleet, people, customer service and profitability, whilst developing strong relationships within the local business community.

What you'll be doing

As Hub Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the hub, ensuring outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow both our car and van rental business.

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and operational excellence.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with local SME businesses, identifying new business opportunities and supporting local business development.

  • Work closely with our Business Development Managers and Key Account teams to maximise revenue growth.

  • Manage and grow key local customer accounts.

  • Champion customer experience, ancillary sales performance and operational standards.

  • Monitor competitor activity and use market insight to increase market share.

  • Ensure compliance, safety and efficient fleet management.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven leadership or management experience.

  • A strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales and business growth.

  • A passion for developing relationships with local SME customers and supporting business development.

  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

  • Strong decision-making and analytical ability.

  • The energy, motivation and resilience to lead a fast paced operation.

  • A full UK driving licence (minimum four years).
