Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a HRIS, Payroll & Insights Specialist to be based in London, UK.

As our HRIS, Payroll and Insights Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our People team owning our People systems, keeping our data clean and reliable and delivering insights that help the business make smarter decisions. You’re someone who loves structure, spots the story in the numbers, and is always looking for ways to make things work better.

Job Description

HRIS Management

You’ll manage and maintain our HRIS, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and secure.
You’ll troubleshoot system issues and work closely with IT and HQ on upgrades or changes.
You’ll be the go-to person for HRIS queries and support across the People Team.

Data Integrity & Process Improvement

You’ll run regular data audits, spot inconsistencies and fix them before they become problems. This includes, but not limited to HC checks, DQ checks etc.
You’ll help define and document best practices for data entry and management.
You’ll constantly look for ways to improve how we use our systems whether that’s automating a manual process or simplifying a workflow.

Reporting & Insights

You’ll create reports and dashboards to track key metrics like headcount, turnover, diversity and more.
You’ll work with stakeholders to understand what data they need and help them make sense of it.
You’ll make sure data is not just available but meaningful, clear and useful.

Benefits Administration

You will be responsible for inputting on a monthly basis all benefits data into payroll.
You will work with the Benefits and Payroll Manager to ensure all reporting is completed on time.
You’ll support employees with benefits-related questions and enrolment processes.

Qualifications

Experience working with HRIS systems
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and confidence in handling large data sets.
A curious mindset with an eye for detail - you’re not afraid to dig into the numbers.
Great communication - you can translate data into insights for different audiences.
A collaborative style 0 you work well with others and enjoy solving problems together.
Bonus points if you’ve worked on system implementations or upgrades.
