Supporting the Head of HR, this is a tremendously exciting time to be joining what is widely recognised as one of the industry's leading service providers, within vehicle leasing and fleet management. Ayvens has a proven portfolio of innovative, award-winning products for major PLCs, small businesses, and individual drivers alike.

Created as a fixed term contract to support the integration of LeasePlan UK and ALD Automotive, we are initially proposing a contract until June 2027. Salary is anticipated to be within the range of £55,000 - £70,000 DOE plus benefits Inc. Contributory pension, bonus and electric vehicle.

Key Purpose

  • As an HR Transformation Partner you will play a pivotal role in defining, driving and overseeing organisational change initiatives to ensure successful transformation and achievement of business goals .

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the roadmap for functional transformation and coordinate with other functions to ensure prioritisation and interdependencies are clear.

  • You will play a key role in the delivery of workforce solutions, interventions and actions and will work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure we have the right people strategies and interventions in place to drive commercial success

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Transformation team to understand the company and functional strategy and translate these into the outputs, capabilities and outcomes required to meet the business goals and KPIs

  • Work alongside the Head of HR and Programme Lead, develop the optimum change roadmap for the HR function that is sequenced to achieve the business goals within the timeframes required.

  • Assist with the communication of the programme roadmap milestones within the HR function

  • Have a clear understanding of the wider business targets and KPIs that need to be achieved and how this relates to your functional roadmap

  • Working with Finance, understand the Business Plan for your function, including value capture for Integration, creating plans to achieve required outcomes whilst regularly reviewing progress vs. Targets and updating as required

  • Be an active part of the wider transformation community (other Business Transformation and Programme Leads), sharing and learning best practice and feeding back into the team how change management is being perceived in the Function

  • Build collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders across the company to enable effective alignment, delivery of projects and realisation of value

  • Develop and own the stakeholder engagement plan for the programme and ensure all stakeholders are kept appropriately engaged throughout the duration of the programme

  • Act as UK representative for your Function into the Central function in relation to change activities

  • Work with the Programme and transformation lead to ensure risks and issues are identified and plans created to mitigate or manage are sufficient to keep within the risk appetite for the Division.

  • Be a key point of contact and represent your function in all change management planning, delivery and output

Skills, Experience & Background

  • Substantial experience within HR , bringing knowledge of key business challenges acting as an overall HR specialist.

  • Experience of partnering with business leaders and people managers in a proactive way providing guidance and advice on end to end HR Process, HR Projects / Change initiatives

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Experience of working as part of functional and virtual teams, comfortable with a matrix structure and multiple reporting lines

  • Analytical skills, particularly within an environment where conflicting demands require prioritisation

  • Experience of leadership, influencing and winning the “hearts and minds” of those affected by change

  • Ability to quickly understand detail and identify the critical issues to be addressed.

  • Experience of working in a challenging and fast paced working environment.

  • Able to demonstrate a flexible ‘can-do approach’ when responding to the needs of the business change.

  • Able to demonstrate bigger picture thinking to support the business in achieving its overall goals
