  • Evaluate clients’ current HR systems and tools; recommend fit-for-purpose technology solutions (e.g. HRIS, ATS, performance, or engagement platforms).
  • Build compelling business cases for HR technology investment, including ROI modelling, vendor assessments, and implementation planning.
  • Oversee and mentor project teams or junior consultants, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on internal practice development, service innovation, and content creation.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and emerging trends in workforce technology and design.
  • Cultivate our alliance partnerships with leading HR technology vendors to understand current and future capability to advise our clients.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of HR transformation experience, with at least 4 years in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of HR strategy, systems, and compliance across various organisational contexts.
  • Experience working with global, complex organisations and transformation programmes.
  • Experience building compelling business cases for HR tech adoption or transformation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence working independently, managing multiple client projects and priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and people operations (UK or other relevant jurisdictions).
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • A 2:1 or above from a globally recognised University
  • HR qualifications, ideally CIPD level 5 or similar
  • Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2
