The HR Systems Associate provides functional support for Workday, handling BAU tickets, conducting testing, assisting with implementations, and documenting procedures.
About the Role:
The HR Systems Associate is a global role that will work with HR Systems team to provide functional support to our HR systems (workday).
The ideal candidate will support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by managing and resolving Workday tickets, conducting testing for new features, and assisting with system implementations and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related BAU tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements.
- Document test cases, test results, and support procedures.
- Assist in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes.
- Must understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work.
- Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely.
- Monitor integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, other internal systems, and third-party systems, identify issues and work with Integrations team to resolve.
- Develop process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training documentation.
- Review, test and communicate to stakeholders any impact of Workday semi-annual release.
- Monitor Workday Community and maintain knowledge of Workday functionality and any updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, information Technology required.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in Core HCM
- Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functions, and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly professional with high ethical standards for handling confidential information.
