Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our UPS Healthcare - Marken Ltd team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to provide end-to-end support across our Marken Feltham and Marken Chiswick offices.
In this role, you will be the HR point of contact for a diverse range of business functions, including our Warehouse, Drivers, Sales, and Finance & Accounting (F&A) departments.
Whilst your core working hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, you will be expected to support any case work during the evening and/or night shifts, as required by the business.

What You’ll Do
As a trusted partner and expert resource for all staff, you will:
Support All Levels: Act as an approachable advisor for employees and a high-quality consultant for management on complex Employee Relations (ER), Talent Management, and Recruitment.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support both internal and external recruitment processes immediately, from screening to final document checks, ensuring strict Right to Work compliance.
ER & Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end ER issues, attending meetings, note-taking, and drafting complex outcome letters.
Compliance & Auditing: Maintain strict standards for Disciplinary, Grievance, and Long-Term Sickness reviews. Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence across all departments.
Independent Management: Successfully manage your own workload and travel schedule to provide comprehensive support across all assigned sites.
What You’ll Need
HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR Advisor, specifically managing complex ER cases and long-term sickness.
HR Qualification: Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent through experience. You must be confident in providing robust, legally sound ER advice.
Legal Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of UK employment law and procedures.
Mobility: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel between sites in addition to Feltham & Chiswick (mileage expenses will be paid) if required.
Soft Skills: You must be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to meet demanding deadlines independently.
