We are looking for a passionate HR Specialist & Office Administrator to support our London office of 40 employees. This is a temporary position through April, designed to provide HR and office operational support during a period of transition.

This HR-driven, people-centric role is responsible for supporting employees and managers, leading local HR operations, and creating an exceptional employee experience while ensuring the office environment operates smoothly and reflects our culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters for the London office, supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle locally, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance.
  • Lead recruitment for UK roles, coordinating sourcing, interviewing, and offers in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Support global HR processes including performance cycles, engagement programs, compensation cycles, and coordination of training and development.
  • Drive employee experience initiatives such as events, culture-building activities, celebrations, and wellbeing programs.
  • Provide HR support to the LATAM region on HR processes.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, hosting visiting colleagues, and general administrative support for employees.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HR specialist role; experience in tech, media, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first, approachable style.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable owning both HR and office administration responsibilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
