Drive process improvement, enhance automation, and elevate the employee & talent experience!
As a HR Project Coordinator, you will support HR transformation initiatives by streamlining processes, enhancing automation, and ensuring seamless employee transitions. Through analysing HR workflows and effective collaboration across teams, you'll develop process documentation and align systems with best practices. In partnership with HRIS and Talent tech teams, this role focuses on implementing system enhancements and self-service initiatives to improve the overall user experience.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate cross functionally, with stakeholders across various locations and time zones, to gain a comprehensive understanding of Wayfair’s Talent process landscape, conducting time studies and developing process maps and SOPs as necessary.
- Develop & utilise understanding of Wayfair’s Talent processes and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process enhancements, always striving for an excellent end user experience.
- Partner closely with HRIS & Talent tech teams, to coordinate system enhancement requests and testing for the implementation of automation and self-service initiatives.
- Review and align existing content and internal documentation with updated global content governance standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support creation and launch of global change management and communication strategies as HR transformation milestones are reached.
What You'll Need:
Ideally you would already have a proven experience within administration, coordination or project support function, as well:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve issues, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring forward momentum; with agility to effectively prioritise and remove barriers ensuring, tight deadlines are met consistently.
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in an evolving business landscape.
- A naturally curious outlook, with a desire to understand how things work and a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- English language fluency, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude in Google or Microsoft Suite; Display the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Any HRIS system knowledge would be a plus.

- Flexibility to travel to our London office regularly (1 day per week and as business needs require).
- Solid internet connection line with ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 (upload).
