How You Will Make an Impact
Responsibilities:
Provide support to talent management programs, including:
Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
- Support general inquiries from BRG members, leaders and other stakeholders
- Manage event coordination spanning across BRGs
- Maintain key governance and support resources
- Support BRG leaders on event programming, planning and communications
Mentoring
- Lead mentoring community of practice, supporting mentorship program managers across the company
- Serve as mentorship program manager for select programs
- Host monthly BRG mentor program lead meeting
- Interface with mentoring platform vendor regarding technical issues, reporting, and client requests
Signature Partnerships
- Manage nominiation process for available conference/event seats
- Manage the promotion of engagement opportunities among signature partner organizations
- Optimize Spectrum membership experience by bridging the primary organization and local chapter offerings
- Track engagement and available funds remaining
Overall
- Produce reports and insights regarding participation and outcomes
- Perform other duties as requested
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:
- Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of key HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices.
- Solid analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data, and supporting compliance-related requirements.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

- HR related experience - 1+
