As a Product/Service Delivery Manager in the Transformation and Integration team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Working closely with the various functions and disciplines you will help drive various product and service delivery initiatives across our human resources and employee experience functions to improve overall effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Actively seeks and drives automation opportunities to delivery high quality initiatives faster and more efficiently to our customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices.
- High data analysis and data wrangling skills
- Effectively presents plan in an easy to follow delivery timeline.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Driven by insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn - a steep learning curve doesn't scare you but excites you!
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Deep knowledge of Human resources and/or people experience functions and challenged.
- Extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives and change management.
- High proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PPT
