To continue growing their presence in the EMEA region, our client is looking for a talented and creative European Community Manager to join their team in Central London.
- Be responsible for local HR Operation of UK. Cooperate with other supporting functions to provide total HR solutions to business departments, including onboarding, transferring, leaving, file management, legal compliance audit, new employee orientation, etc.
- Be responsible for local HR process design and implementation.
- Be responsible for local benefit implementation and management.
- Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience.
- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues.
- Conduct industry research to develop the best oversea HR practice.
- Cooperate with other local HR operation and global HR operation colleagues to take initiatives on cross-county projects.

Requirements
- HR related work experience.
- Fluent reading, writing and oral English.
- Good communication skill. Problem analyzing ability with a logical mind.
