Position: HR Manager

This role requires an experienced candidate with a breadth of transferable knowledge and know how in each area of the traditional generalist brief.  The HR Manager will work closely with the Regional HR Director, often as the first point of contact, managing any and all HR-related matters.

In this hands-on role the HR Manager will support employees and managers across each office located in Edinburgh, London and Kent. From handling day-to-day queries to contributing to strategic initiatives, the successful candidate will have a vital role in helping to nurture our positive culture while supporting the achievement of organisational goals.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum
  • 3 Years compatible role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
