We are looking to hire an HR Manager, to join Dorado Software group and support the day-to-day HR management of Optitex and NedGraphics, globally, working closely with the leadership team, while reporting to Dorado’s Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR).
Optitex and NedGraphics have teams around the world including North America, EMEA, middle east, India and APAC.
Responsibilities:

    • Execute the portfolio HR strategy, making sure all processes are in place and aligned with local common practices.
    • Act as focal point for all HR related issues for line managers and employees.
    • Maintain all people data on BambooHR.
    • Work closely with the Finance team and various payroll providers across the world to ensure relevant people data is provided to them to enable accurate Payroll processing.
    • Provide guidance to employees and act as an internal point of contact for any payroll/benefits questions.
    • Support line managers in their day-to-day people management issues.
    • Support line managers on the company performance review process, be an advisor on career development and succession planning.
    • Run the full recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, negotiating offers and processing onboarding.
    • Support line managers when onboarding new employees, maintain and track onboarding plans.
    • Partner with line managers and the leadership team to perform ongoing training needs analysis for their teams and ensure learning & development becomes part of the culture of the portfolio.
    • Proactively partner with line managers to ensure employee relations issues are addressed before escalating unnecessarily.
    • Coach line managers on risk of actions, communications etc. and build confidence in participation in difficult conversations.
    • Escalate any potential disputes to VP HR and coordinate any necessary follow up with relevant stakeholders.
    • Travel to offices in other international locations to provide HR support as necessary or attend events.


Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent HR certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR  experience within global organizations.


Location: Remote - EMEA, with occasional travel
Reporting Relationship: Reports to VP HR, Dorado Software Group
