About the Role

As the HR Manager at Triptease, you will be a key member of our people team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will have excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ideally experience in international employment law. You’ll oversee all aspects of HR strategy and operations, managing a HR Administrator to ensure excellence in day-to-day HR activities. You will also work with our Head of Recruitment in deepening our global talent base. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our people practices, foster a vibrant company culture, and support our team’s growth and success. You will be able to work remotely but you will also be present in our London office 1-2 days per week to be with the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organisational success.
  • Lead and mentor the HR Administrator, ensuring effective delegation and development of their skills.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.

Employee Relations & Development

  • Serve as the go-to HR advisor, resolving complex employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support and develop managers, equipping them with tools to lead effectively and foster a feedback-rich environment.
  • Design and deliver workshops and training programs to support career development and leadership growth.

Global HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across 14+ regions.
  • Oversee the work of the HR Administrator in managing HR systems (e.g., HiBob), onboarding processes, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Manage global benefits programs, payroll processes, and contract administration to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements

About You:

You are a proactive and people-focused HR leader with a proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. You’ll excel in this role if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership, with expertise in employee relations, talent development, and operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance requirements, and global employment laws.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
  • Experience overseeing or contributing to payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with finance teams.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where people feel empowered to do their best work.
  • Working in a startup and experience of SAAS industry would be a distinct advantage
