Job Description
- Supporting HR project rollouts and providing data insights to aid decision-making.
- Representing HR in project meetings and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Developing HR policies and process checks to maintain compliance.
- Assisting the compensation and benefits team in managing employee benefits.
- Collaborating with the wider HR team on salary reviews, gender pay gap reporting, and talent management initiatives.
- Transforming HR data into clear, meaningful insights for key stakeholders.
- Supporting audit preparations to ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient.
- We are looking for a graduate in HR, Business or related discipline, with excellent communication, team working, analytical skills also with an eye for detail.

Additional Information
