Job Description

  • Rotate across different business areas to get a strong understanding of the wider Bosch organisation
  • Provide operational support across all entities for the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, development, exit)
  • Co-ordinate data tracking and monitoring activities for topics such as recruitment, absence management and case management
  • Be involved in case management activities (e.g. grievance, disciplinary), supporting as a note taker to gain experience of the process
  • Be the key point of contact with our HR service organisation in Budapest, ensuring delivery of the service level agreement (time / cost)
  • Be responsible for delivering on key HR projects across the HRL-De entities
  • Research, propose and roll out employee engagement initiatives, including monitoring of success post roll out
  • Investigate, deliver and implement multiple feedback mechanisms to help support the HR function in continuously improving
  • Research HR and market trends, establishing best practice opportunities to implement within our team

Qualifications

 What We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). In particular experience in preparing high quality Powerpoint presentations
  • A passion for people development and a genuine interest in HR
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop

Additional Information

This role will be based in Denham, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.

The salary for this role is £31,000.
