Job Description:

The HR Geo Services Associate is responsible for providing HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility. These roles deliver the HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations and cover multiple UPS locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • High-level responsibilities including cooperating with our BPO support

  • Management of employee concerns and complaints

  • Inquiry management

  • Implementation of local services and programs to reduce employee turnover

  • Talent acquisition

  • Select onboarding / offboarding activities

  • On-site learning facilitation

  • Provide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.

  • Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
     

Essential Skills:

  • One year of experience working in a Human Resources function.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • A full clean driving license

  • Flexibility: the successful candidate will be covering multiple UPS sites in different locations such as Croydon, Dartford and Gatwick.

  • Computer literate, with a good knowledge and experience of MS office packages

  • Friendly and professional telephone communication

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks

NB: This is a full time, 37.5 hours per week and on-site role.
