  • Engagement: Manage and lead the employee engagement initiatives

  • Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance to people managers on complex employee relations issues (e,g sick absence, redundancy, performance and discipline)

  • Payroll: Oversee the monthly payroll and benefits process with the HR Advisor and Finance department

  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate with the Benefits Broker the renewal of policies 

  • Cyclical HR activities: Work with the wider HR team to implement and lead the cyclical HR processes, e.g goalsetting, mid-year and annual appraisal, promotions, development action plans, salary reviews, employee satisfaction survey, and talent processes.

  • Learning and Development: Liaise with the internal technical learning and L&OD team to create a learning schedule. 

  • Wellbeing: Develop and implement the well-being programme within the business. 

  • DEI: Work with the central team to create and implement DEI initiatives

  • Policies & Procedures:  Create and maintain the policies and procedures

  • HR Projects: Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and create and implement agreed action plans.   

  • HR Metrics/Employee Surveys: Participate in the analysis of key people metrics and the Employee Satisfaction Survey.  Manager the creation implementation of an action plan to improve business performance and drive employee engagement.

Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
