Your impact
  • Contribute to talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Be in direct contact with employees to handle their inquiries and provide guidance on diverse HR-related matters.
  • Participate in the implementation of our performance philosophy & processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our Global Corporate HR team to avoid duplicate and improve HR processes and practices.
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster collaboration.
What you will bring
  • HR Generalist with with 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment and project management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect easily with people.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
