We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the People function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure and consistency, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience.
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HR compliance, and internal people processes across the business.

- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across departments
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Support job posting creation and management across hiring platforms
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation
- Assist hiring managers with interview coordination and candidate feedback
- Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Assist with compliance processes including right-to-work checks and employment documentation
- Support internal HR reporting and people data management
- Ensure HR systems and trackers remain accurate and up to date
- Act as a first point of contact for general HR-related queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with company events, team activities, and culture initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the wider People team
Requirements
This role demands someone genuinely organised, warm, and detail-obsessed - with real care for the craft of coordination and the people it serves.
Must-Have:- 2+ years experience in an HR, People Operations, Recruitment, or Coordinator role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and collaborative environment
- Experience using HR systems, ATS platforms, or recruitment tools is advantageous
- CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential
In your first 3 months:
- Every new starter across the group has a day-one experience that feels deliberate and high-standard
- Contracts, references, and onboarding admin are running cleanly with zero slips
- You've built trusted relationships across the group
- You’re proactively identifying stories to evangelise our employer brand
By month 6:
- Lifecycle operations run so well they're invisible - the highest compliment this work can receive
- You've co-launched at least one meaningful culture moment that team members talk about
- You're operationally independent, trusted to run coordination with minimal oversight
- You've identified at least two process improvements that have made the function measurably better
