We are looking for an HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join our global HR Team. The role can be based in Warsaw (Poland), Eppelheim (Germany) or London (UK).

Scope of the role

You will be part of a small and dynamic team within the larger HR department. The HR Controlling & Compensation team plays a crucial role in designing the compensation schemes, budgeting, monitoring and reporting KPIs that support the executive management team in decision making.

Your scope will be within the area of HR controlling and reporting. With your strong quantitative and analytical skills, you will help different internal stakeholders to generate valuable insights and reports pertaining to people functions within the Capri Sun Group.

This role will report to the Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits based in the group headquarters in Baar, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

HR Metrics & Insights 

  • Develop and maintain key HR metrics to monitor workforce trends, productivity, and compliance
  • Use data analytics to support HR strategy and operational decision-making
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders

 Cost & FTE Planning and Monitoring  

  • Track and report on headcount, employment costs, and HR cost variances
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) for FTE, personnel and non-personnel costs across the organization
  • Identify trends and discrepancies and share findings with relevant teams
  • Drive the Forecast and Annual Planning process from HR side by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping non-technical colleagues understand key financial concepts

Reporting & Audit 

  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc financial updates to HR and business leaders
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership team and Finance teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
  • Assist with month-end processes, including HR-related accounting adjustments and accruals
  • Provide HR related data and documentation to support external audits
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders

Project & Operational Support 

  • Support HR and cross-functional projects based on ongoing business needs
  • Assist in initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency

 

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a good understanding of the HR functions within an international company
  • Min. 3 years work experience in HR Controlling in an international environment, covering both personnel & non-personnel costs - must have
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and project management.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in understanding and applying financial concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) - must have
  • Experience in handling HR data and reporting KPIs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and ability to present your ideas in a coherent manner
  • Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English
