Job DescriptionPosition Description:
A leading Automotive OEM is currently seeking highly experienced HR Consultant to work in their Essex location.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new HR team which will instrumental in setting up and supporting the implementation and growth of this new business
Skills Required:
Applicants should be degree and CIPD qualified, IT literate and have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a strategic HR customer-focused role.
Skills Preferred:
Ideally applicants will have experience of business start-ups and or project delivery.
Experience Required:
At least 5 years experience of working within HR with a proven record of HR service delivery as HR Generalist/Business partner.
Experience Preferred:
Experience of project management, launching and implementing programmes, business set ups.
Education Required:
Degree qualified.
Education Preferred:
CIPD qualified
12 months rolling contract
