In the Netherlands, Schoologica has a strong position in school management solutions while Iddink Learning Materials is the distribution partner for the delivery of learning materials for millions of pupils of Dutch secondary schools.
Currently we are looking for an HR Business Partner for Schoologica and Iddink Learning Materials in the Netherlands.
Your key areas of responsibility
Provide strategic HR support for Schoologica & Iddink Learning Materials.
Member of the BeNe HR team and part of the local leadership teams.
Advise on HR processes (goal setting, performance management, compensation reviews, job architecture, engagement surveys, talent reviews, succession planning).
Drive organizational change, transformation projects, and workforce planning.
Support managers with recruitment, wellbeing, exits, and sick leave cases.
Deliver HR analytics and reporting to diagnose and address business issues.
Collaborate closely with HR Operations, CoEs, and fellow HRBPs across Sanoma Learning.
Report directly to the HR Director BeNe & Nordics.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
7+ years’ HR Business Partnering experience in a complex/corporate environment.
Strong track record in organizational transformation and works council relations.
Hands-on, results-driven, and people-oriented mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Dutch & English (both written and spoken).
Workday experience is a plus.
