We are currently looking to welcome a new Human Resources Business Partner (International)  to take over from our outgoing HRBP in Paris. This role is a cornerstone of our HR operations covering France and Tunisia, and remote team members supporting these markets.

At CXG, we believe HR should be both operationally excellent and humanly impactful. We’re looking for someone who thrives in execution, builds genuine trust with people, and isn’t afraid to bring a creative spark to a generalist role.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and French, as the role involves working in an international environment and collaborating with global teams.

Who we are

Founded in 2006, today, we’re proud to be a global business. From Shanghai to Paris, we have 12 offices and operate across four continents in 70 countries. We are home to over 160 professionals from around the world, working together to serve more than 200 luxury clients.

At CXG, we love to evolve, elevate, and transform experiences while bringing brand promises to life. We offer strategic solutions that impact performance and elevate the customer experience of some of the world’s most iconic premium and luxury brands.

What you will be doing

You will be the go-to person for all HR matters for your markets, acting as a trusted partner to managers and a point of continuity in a fast-paced, multicultural company.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer based in Dubai, you will work with a global HR team across the UAE, Lebanon, and China.

  • Full employee lifecycle ownership, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and human-centric experience.
  • Local compliance & admin mastery: Contracts, payroll coordination, attestations, leave tracking, CSE election and management, and employer obligations.
  • HR business partnering: Daily support to managers, coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and sensitive issues.
  • Work permit processes in France
  • Remote worker care: Ensuring our remote team members feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • HR projects: You will contribute ideas and execute them to improve our people experience, from engagement to policy design and adoption.
  • Record keeping: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attestations, certificates, and leave records. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely and proper enrollment of employees (medical insurance, prevoyance, medical exam…).
  • Training & development: Collaborate on our training roadmap and support with deployment.
  • Office coordination: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Paris office, including oversight of vendor coordination, office logistics, and practical support that contributes to a positive employee experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • You build trust through consistent execution and reliability.
  • You anticipate and act on problems before they escalate.
  • You come with solutions, not just problems.
  • You treat employees and managers as humans, not cases.
  • You challenge the status quo, and follow through on your ideas.
  • You take full ownership of your scope and address issues transparently. When challenges or mistakes occur, you escalate early and propose corrective actions.
  • You demonstrate strong operational discipline and attention to detail. Accuracy in HR administration and compliance is essential to maintaining trust and reliability.
  • You approach HR as a true business partner, balancing legal compliance with pragmatic solutions that support the needs of the business.

Requirements

What you will bring along:

  • 5 - 10 years in an HR generalist or HRBP role, ideally in international, multicultural companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of French labor law. Bonus if you know the Tunisia one.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • You have personally handled CSE topics such as elections, meeting preparation, consultation processes and regulatory obligations, and are comfortable managing these processes autonomously.
  • You are autonomous but not isolated! You communicate well with your manager and internal clients, ask for support when needed, and follow through without reminders.
  • You are detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, creative, and solution-driven.
  •   You demonstrate a proactive mindset and naturally take initiative to improve HR processes, employee experience, or internal practices.
  •    You are comfortable operating in a hands-on environment where flexibility and collaboration are valued, and where supporting operational needs may occasionally require stepping outside strict job boundaries.
  •   You have experience contributing to or leading HR initiatives or projects, bringing ideas through to implementation.

Why Join Our Team

  • A role where your input matters and is seen.
  • Based on your success in managing your current markets, there is an opportunity to expand your scope to additional countries, offering greater exposure, adaptability, and professional growth.
  • The ability to shape processes, not just follow them.
  • A team culture that values care and craftsmanship.
  • An international environment rooted in excellence, flexibility, and impact.
