The HR Business Lead - Employee Relations brings a specialist approach to how, as a business, we manage and support Employee Relation case work. This role will act as a trusted advisor, providing practical and commercially focused guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture
In this role you will;
• Act as a trusted advisor on all Employee Relation matters, managing a high volume of varied ER cases
• Work collaboratively with regional HRBL’s, HR CoE’s and business leaders to support and coach managers to apply policies and employment law effectively
• Build strong relationships across teams and provide practical and commercially sound guidance and advice
• Act as the custodian for all Employee Relations processes, ensuring policy frameworks, letters, outcomes are legally compliant
• Identify key Employee Relation themes to shape policy development and training
• Manage and support with any DSAR’s received
• Ensure the effective tracking of all Employee Relation cases including absence, using data to identify patterns, root causes and preventable actions
• Drive standardization and consistency in terms of policy and approach across all areas of the UK & Ireland business relating to Employee Relation case workWe offer:

We’re interested in candidates with experience in:
- Demonstratable experience in handling high volume, complex Employee Relations case work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Leadership and (project) management skills
- Have worked in the Logistics, Distribution and/or Manufacturing industries (preferred)
