Job Description

As an HR Business Advisor, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex HR issues and driving strategic initiatives within the organization
Job Responsibilities

  • Support people agenda initiatives and advising on human capital matters
  • Assist with organizational changes and compensation processes
  • Facilitate performance and talent management, including succession planning and promotions
  • Engage in feedback processes and employee development
  • Provide frontline support for HR risk and controls
  • Manage HR projects and cross-LOB initiatives
  • Analyze data to drive HR process improvements and efficiencies


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4-9 years of Human Resource experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Understanding of German labor law
  • Knowledge of people practices in a business setting
  • Project management abilities and process improvement skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization
  • Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven coaching skills and risk mitigation experience
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree desired
  • Previous HR Business Advisor experience preferred
