By growing and innovating our global portfolio of category-leading brands – including Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin, and Centrum – through a unique combination of deep human understanding and trusted science. What’s more, we’re achieving it in a company that we’re in control of. In an environment that we’re co-creating. And a culture that’s uniquely ours. Care to join us. It isn’t a question.

With category leading brands such as Sensodyne, Voltaren and Centrum, built on trusted science and human understanding, and combined with our passion, knowledge and expertise, we’re uniquely placed to do this and to grow a strong, successful business.

This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future. It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.

About the role

As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, data-driven HR support across our global business. Reporting to the HR Business Leader for Global Digital & Tech (HRBL), you will be responsible for managing core systems, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting a range of people processes that help our teams operate effectively. From headcount reporting and reorganization updates to onboarding support and ServiceNow (SNOW) escalations, you will be the engine behind the scenes—ensuring everything runs smoothly, reliably, and in a way that helps us make better people decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and Maintain Core HR Systems: Ensure job profiles, organizational structures, and people movements are always accurate and up to date in platforms such as Workday, OrgVue, and the Re-Org Tool. You will be the custodian of clean data that reflects how our business is truly shaped.
  • Analyze and Interpret People Data and Insights: Use data to tell stories. From headcount trends and promotions to secondments and talent movement, you will help translate raw information into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions.
  • Partner with Finance: Work closely with Finance on monthly headcount reconciliation, data integrity checks, and changes. You will also support procurement-related processes, like raising Pos and onboarding new vendors.
  • Champion Strong Data Integrity: Clean, reconcile, and audit data across systems. You will lead the charge in retiring offline trackers and ensuring data is consistent, trustworthy, and accessible across the business.
  • Manage Bulk Data Uploads and Requests: Take ownership of mass data changes using EIB forms (e.g., job profile changes, org updates, reorgs), and respond to ad hoc reporting or distribution list requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Support End-to-End HR Processes: Provide operational support for both global and local processes such as onboarding, exits, benefits, redundancy, and HR policy queries—ensuring compliance and consistency throughout.
  • Respond to SNOW Ticket Escalations: Triage and follow through on issues or process breakdowns, seeing them through to resolution and helping close feedback loops where needed.
  • Enable Manager and Employee Self-Service: Help shift the culture by supporting capability-building around digital self-service, reducing manual handoffs, and empowering end users to navigate processes confidently.
  • Contribute to the Global People Services Agenda: Look for ways to simplify and standardize processes across teams and regions. You will play a key role in driving consistency, scalability, and better user experience globally.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in an HR, people operations, or HR systems role, ideally within a global or matrixed organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems – experience with Workday, OrgVue, is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and performing data reconciliation, validation, and basic analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data cleaning) and confident navigating spreadsheets and reports
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise across multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills – able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels and across geographies
  • A continuous improvement mindset – curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to do things better
  • Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player
