Here’s what you’ll be doing:


This six month fixed term contract will utilise your experience of working in an HR team and managing employee relations casework to create a quality focused output for the business.


Reporting to Kate (PeopleOps Lead), you’ll be given the trust to be a problem solver who always looks for a root cause, taking ownership of queries and identifying ways to improve.

As one of our HR Advisors, you’ll:

  • support our employees by responding to HR and payroll admin queries via our helpdesk
  • add and amend data in our HR system
  • guide managers on ER processes and provide support for ER cases
  • coordinate our new starters and support
  • create self service guides to support Simply Business employees and identify process improvements

We’re looking for someone who is:
