Description

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join us, covering a twelve month maternity contract.

The role in a nutshell: a key role providing specialist advice to people managers at KINTO UK and KINTO Join Ltd.  A varied role spanning across the entire employment life cycle.

A bit about the ‘People and Culture’ department: we work with the business to reach our aspiration of becoming the employer of choice by attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining people who are skilled and customer focused.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll work together with an experienced and welcoming team, to create a great employee experience at KINTO through:  

  • Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people.
  • Meeting with new starters and leavers to ensure the best start and end to their KINTO journey.
  • Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives.
  • Supporting with employee relations, such as absence and/or performance improvement.
  • Answering queries and providing data insight  e.g. regional reporting, DE&I, staff listing, leavers, movers’ reports.
  • Supporting the team with processes and checklists.
  • Checking the monthly payroll submission
  • Maintaining the people related policies.
  • Joining projects teams, supporting the culture of continuous improvement

This role can be based in either our Portsmouth or Burgh Heath office, but please be advised that you will be required to spend one day a week in each office.

Requirements

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Previous HR Advisor experience
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Recruitment experience
  • Experience of working within a busy and corporate company
  • A CIPD qualification is desirable
