Job Details:
The HR Administrator/Analyst will report to the Europe Sr. HR Partner and support the Tyson Europe organization. This role will be primarily focused on managing various HR administrative tasks for the Europe team and will be located in the United Kingdom office. The HR Analyst will ensure the accurate administration of employee records and HR processes, conduct HR-related audits, and handle general HR administrative duties. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring data and analytics to support HR decision-making and reporting on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities

HR Administration - Responsibilities include managing contracts and hiring proposals, administering time tracking, supporting newsletters, organizing team engagement events, utilizing Workday, handling daily administrative tasks, confirming work, and performing office duties such as mail handling, administrative work, and shopping.

Data Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR data related to benefits, pensions, allowances, and payroll. Develop and maintain dashboards to report on key metrics and trends.

Coordination and Communication: Schedule and coordinate meetings related to HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding. Record meeting minutes and action items, ensuring follow-up on key tasks.

Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and tracking progress against objectives.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of personal documents. Ensure all documentation is stored securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
.Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience in HR administration, benefits management, payroll, or related fields.
Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
