Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday 37.5hrs)

Labman is growing — fast. With around 80 new roles to hire this year, we’re building incredible teams to support worldleading automation projects, and we’re looking for an In-House Recruiter who can help make it happen.

If you’ve got a few years’ recruitment experience (inhouse or agency) and an interest in Engineering or technical roles, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Turn job descriptions into clear, engaging adverts.
  • Post roles across Breezy, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
  • Help run campaigns for experienced hires and early careers.
  • Reviewing applications quickly and consistently.
  • Running initial Teams interviews and asking thoughtful screening questions — including basic technical questions for engineering roles (we’ll help you learn).
  • Keep candidates informed at every step
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and records in Breezy.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare interview packs and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Support graduate and early career assessment centres.
  • Preparing dashboards and reports that guide decision making.
  • Spotting patterns, bottlenecks or gaps — and suggesting practical improvements.
  • Tracking KPIs and helping refine how we hire as we continue to scale.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and support wider People & Culture projects when needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • A few years’ recruitment experience (inhouse or agency).
  • Confidence handling end to end processes from advertising to offer.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience using an ATS (Breezy would be a bonus).
  • Interest in engineering or technical roles — or the willingness to learn.

Desirable:

  • Nice to have: Boolean search skills, LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

Who You Are

  • Friendly, professional and great with people.
  • Calm under pressure and steady during busy periods.
  • Detail focused and committed to accuracy.
  • Proactive, solutions driven and open to feedback.
  • Someone who naturally reflects our values:

In It Together, Excellence, Humility, Sustainability and Fun.

Company benefits:

  • 33 day's annual holiday (rising to 38 over 5 years) inc. public holidays
  • Private Healthcare with Aviva
  • 5% employer pension paid on full salary
  • Travel opportunities in various roles
  • Enhanced maternity Pay (long service applicable)
  • Enhanced Paternity leave
  • CPD support and annual subscription to appropriate body covered
  • Free inhouse gym, squash, bouldering wall, and countless clubs

Labman Values:

In it together – We’re a team; a community of mutual support

Excellence – Working and delivering at the very highest quality

Humility – Respecting yourself and others

Sustainability – Recognition that we have an impact on our planet, our company and our community
