The Role

The Demand Planning Manager ensures the monthly consensus cycle is achieved and communicated across the HOKA brand business in the UK & EMEA.

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all consensus demand planning activities, including forecasting, adding marketing insights, financial reconciliation activities, and providing the most accurate representation of the forecast to stakeholders.

You will work extensively with key stakeholders such as brand leadership, sales teams, supply planning, and finance to create highly accurate forecasts that drive business decisions and achieve the operational plan. Additionally, you will participate in S&OE and S&OP processes and contribute to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Manage and coordinate all consensus demand planning activities
  • Create and maintain regional omni demand plans and forecasts
  • Work with cross-functional teams on projects such as new product launches, line extensions, product discontinuations, promotions, and events
  • Liaise with supply planning to include relevant supply planning assumptions
  • Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, sales, and finance
  • Identify relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence
  • Conduct external benchmarking of market trends
  • Collect data from internal and external sources to generate statistical forecasts
  • Assist in the development of annual plans and reconcile them with monetized demand plans
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to forecast accuracy and the demand-planning process
  • Support the Head of Demand Planning in implementing strategic initiatives
  • Manage and develop a team of demand planners

  • Experienced Planner with a background in managing a team in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Knowledgeable in Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce operations
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the end consumer
