A bit about us:
Under Executive Headteacher Ollie Martindale (also Head at nearby St. Peter’s CE Primary Academy), we are creating a culture of high expectations, kindness and inclusion — from our oldest pupils to our very youngest learners. After two years within the Trust we have just celebrated our best results ever and continue to grow as a successful school.
Based in the centre of Salisbury, our school community is vibrant and diverse, with around 60% of pupils speaking English as an additional language and over 30 countries represented. It’s a place where inclusion is lived, where differences are celebrated, and where children learn as much from each other as they do from us.
If you’re ready to be part of a positive, ambitious and supportive school, St Martin’s could be exactly what you’re looking for.
All about the role:
Are you a HLTA looking for a new challenge at a forward-thinking and ambitious school?
Are you a professional looking for a healthy balance of teaching and support work?
If the above resonates with you, an exciting opportunity has arisen in Salisbury for you to be part of the successful team shaping its vision for education at our school, St. Martin’s CE Primary Academy. We are seeking to appoint a HLTA to join us after the October Holidays. The successful applicant will teach across KS2 and support learning within small classes.
This position will be Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours a week, term time only (38 weeks per year, this equates to 0.73FTE).
