HGV Class 2 Team Leader

Salary: £16.81 per hour 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, initial training will be 5am - 1pm for the first few weeks 

5am - 1pm every other weekend 

Location: Holmes Road Depot, Camden NW5 3AP

What you'll be doing; 

• Ensure that all priority routes are completed and hotspots are checked daily 

• Conduct regular staff visits to check PPE compliance and work efficiency 

• Oversee daily vehicle and equipment checks, including documentation 

• Maintain professional relationships with public, clients and colleagues 

• Process staff attendance and report any absences / lateness to Management team 

• Distribute and explain daily work assignment

What we're looking for; 

• HGV Class 2 Licence is essential 

• Previous waste management experience is desirable

• Previous management / leadership experience

• A strong communicator with the ability to work well under pressure

• Some IT knowledge
