Company Description

To put it simply, we are the middle person between clients and operators. Our sales consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. ACS has chartered helicopters for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals.

Everyday offers up new experiences, with internal progression and planned expansion creating vacancies for new talent to join our current sales team.

Job Description

As a trainee broker, you will start your career with a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 12months as you learn on the job. During this time, you will go out on flight reps, seeing first-hand what goes into ensuring a charter goes off with ease. You’ll learn everything from how to build a sales list to which planes can carry what and of course, how to administer a charter flight.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - essential 
  • Ability to exceed sales financial targets
  • Minimum 1-2 years active sales experience - desired 
  • Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
  • Ambition, drive and self-motivation
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantage 
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
