The Opportunity
Eagle Eye is the global leader in SaaS personalisation and loyalty with an existing large presence Globally, including the UK and France. We are looking for an elite Regional Head of Win for our AIR and Challenges Platforms across wider Europe.
This is a high-stakes Individual Contributor role with a clear, performance-based evolution. Initially, you will be the "boots on the ground," responsible for landing Tier-1 enterprise deals across Europe, focussed on currently unlocked regions, and closely partnering with our current Head of Win for Southern Europe. As you prove the market and drive revenue growth, you will unlock growth potential within the role.
The Mission
Strategic Hunting: Personally own the end-to-end sales cycle, targeting major Enterprise Retail and Grocery accounts in EMEA, with a focus on untapped regions.
Rapid Market Entry: Leverage your existing "Rolodex" of CEOs, CIOs CCOs and CMOs to launch active commercial conversations within your first 30 days.
Market Architecture: Partner with the VP EMEA and the Head of Win Southern Europe (both based in France) to define the GTM playbook for new territories, acting as the subject matter expert for the AIR and Challenges product lines.
Earn the Leadership Remit: Your success in winning new business is the direct trigger for team expansion. You will be responsible for hitting the milestones that allow us to hire your future team of AEs.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Extensive Enterprise SaaS "Win" Experience: You are a seasoned closer with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas in complex, long-cycle SaaS environments.
Proven Sales Leadership: You have experience managing and supporting a team, with a passion for coaching AEs to reach peak performance.
Vertical Expertise: You must have deep experience in the Loyalty, MarTech, or Personalisation space.
The "Grocery Rolodex": You possess an active, high-level network of CEO, CIO, CCO and CMO contacts within major European Grocery or Tier-1 Retailers.
Linguistic Versatility: Fluency in a second European language is highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Polish, or German) to facilitate market entry outside of the UK and France.
